A search for a new house is a time consuming task. Are you looking for a (temporary) house - semi or fully furnished - we can help you. We rent out houses starting at + EUR 850,- (excluding utilities) per month.

We have several objects available varied from apartments to family houses, semi-furnished or fully furnished. The semi-furnished apartments are ideal for a temporary period after the sale of your house. The fully furnished houses are ideal for expats.
We also offer so called short-stay apartments which are ideal as a substitute for a hotel room.

You can register at our website and express your wishes. This registration at Covers Housing is free of charge and without any obligation.
When you log-in, you can easily change your personal information or password and your (search) preferences.
Once registered you will automatically stay informed (via e-mail) about new properties offered by Covers Housing.
Your subscription by Covers Housing will last for 3 months. You can easily renew or terminate this subsription at any time.

If our current offerings do not fit your need, we can also arrange a search for you through our extensive network with other agents.

When you eventually found your new home, it is important to know that we need the following from you:
-copy of your passport
-copy of a recent salary slip
-copy of your employment agreement or a employer's declaration

For all the properties a deposit must be paid equal to one month rent.

When a company is renting the property, we need to have a copy of the Chamber of Commerce and a copy of the passport of the person who is authorized to sign.
