Villa Manzano

Villa Manzano is a great villa for 6 to 8 people overlooking Spanish vineyards. The villa is situated in a quiet urbanization within walking distance of the beach and Moraira. There are several terraces which offer sun or shade. The villa is spread over two floors, downstairs is a separate apartment with bedroom, living room and separate room with sofabed and bathroom. This apartment has no kitchen, but there is a fridge and kettle, TV etc. The top floor is a spacious house with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Comfortable beds, mosquito nets and shutters for the windows. There is ample closet space for your clothes. The living room is cozy and bright, with a couch, coffee table and plasma TV. A fully equipped kitchen with large workop and various equipment. The whole house except the apartment is air conditioned. From the lounge there is a naya (covered terrace) with a very pleasant dining table, dining area and two seater sofa. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view and has access to an outdoor terrace with dining table and parasol. Various terraces around the house to enjoy breakfust, luch,dinner or barbecue! There is a beautiful pond with fish and of course a lovely pool with sun terrace. There is also adequate parking.

Moraira was originally a fishing village on the Costa Blanca and is located between the popular places Calpe and Denia. Moraira, together with the 4 kilometers inland Teulada is a commune in the province of Valencia. No huge hotels or other high buildings. The terraces are especially attractive at night always busy same as the shops. The port of Moraira has next to some fishing boats aslo yachts and other recreational boats. In the port is still a traditional auction, which is crowded with fishbuyers and tourists from the whole neighborhood.
