Villa Vista Moraira is a new and modern villa only 2kms from Moraira. This villa is spread over three floors, with the lower floor apartment with private entrance, two bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living room with sofa bed, modern kitchen. This apartment is connected via an internal staircase to the upper two floors. You access the villa via the main front door, which leads into the hall, from where there is a staircase to the upper floor and ground floor. From the hall there is access to the very spacious 'living room' which covers the entire length of the villa. With a lovely spacious lounge, dining area and a modern luxury kitchen with all luxury appliances. There is a separate laundry with 2 washing machines and a drying room, both inside and outside. Moraira is van oorsprong een vissersdorpje aan de Costa Blanca en ligt tussen de populaire plaatsen Calpe en Denia in. Moraira vormt samen met het 4 kilometer landinwaarts gelegen Teulada één gemeente in de provincie Valencia. Hier geen gigantische hotels of andere hoogbouw. De sfeervolle terrasjes zijn zeker 's avonds altijd goed bezet en ook de winkeltjes worden druk bezocht. De haven van Moraira herbergt naast wat vissersboten tegenwoordig vooral plezierjachten en andere recreatieboten. In de haven bevindt zich nog een traditionele visafslag die druk bezocht wordt door visinkopers en toeristen uit de hele omgeving.
