We have a "model-apartment" to give you an idea how a fully furnished apartment should look. Please come and visit us so we can show you this model-apartment and give an explanation.

We provide a complete property management service. Besides the usual services as an inspection report, we also make an photosession during the check-in with  + 150 to 200 photos of the property and inventory. These photos will be send to owner and tenant after the check-in.

This ensures complete security and clarity about the state of the rental property including inventory.

When you do not want to interfere with the management and renting out of your property, then we can do these activities for you. We manage and rent out more than 36 years for individuals and professional investors, large and small.

We select a suitable tenant, based on years of experience and based on things like income, working agreement, etc.
From the beginning of the rental agreement up to the end we will intermediate between tenant and owner.

Maintenance and malfunctions are quickly and professionally solved (when neccasary in consultation with you).

Updating personal information, changing correspondence address, indicate which facilities are provided in the property and to fill in the suppliers (G/W/E/I).
It's possible top make a small description of the benefits of the house, and you can also indicate the various "features".

It's possible to download files which can be handy for the renting out, like an inventory list or a "user manual of the house" which you can leave in the rental property.

It is also possible to upload files which can be made available for future download (for the tenant).
