About Covers Housing

Covers Housing is a family business from father to son. Both are working for the company.

Mr. Paul Covers started in 1973 with the rental of various objects like rooms,
apartments, bed and breakfast and complete family houses. These properties were mainly unfurnished and for rent for an indefinite time.

Since 2001, Arthur Covers (son of Paul) started Covers Housing which focuses more on the complete furnished housing to companies which can be rented for a certain period.

Covers Housing is in recent years more specialized in the short stay rentals and also the furnishing of it (see also furnishing).

In recent years, Covers Housing has a wide network with companies who often are searching temporary homes for their employees.

Starting from the first of January 2011 Covers Housing is moved to a new location: Nieuwegracht 26, in the middle of the nice "Museum Quarter" of Utrecht.
